If you register, login, or making donation on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

If you gave us your email address, Shrividya Foundation Trust may use it from time to time to notify you of such things as new services, special puja, or to confirm transactions. If you do not wish to be contacted by email for non-policy related communications, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions at the bottom of any Shrividya Foundation Trust email you receive or reply back that email with the subject line “Update Email Preferences – Unsubscribe”.

If you have not yet enrolled online, you will need to enroll with www.shrividya.org to update your email preferences.

We may collect Information about your transactions and experiences with us and others, such as your payment history, contact us or account/event registration. The personal information which you have submitted to the website on any page or form will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected as identified on the page or form. The Website does NOT use any Advertising and does not give, sell or exchange any information gathered from the Website visitors. When you leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Contact Form

Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by 3rd party vendor. 

These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

You have the right to request access your personal information to ensure that it is accurate and current. Your current location is only determined if you permit our services to do so. If you allow your location to be obtained using our Shrividya mobile app, or with a browser, we will use this information to return your estimated location. We use this information solely to distinguish your current location and not to identify you. Shrividya Foundation Trust do not automatically track your location.

The Information We Disclose

Information about our devotees or former devotees will only be disclosed as permitted or required by law. Information about you that has been collected is maintained in your policy and/or claims records.

We may also disclose it to persons or organizations as necessary to perform transactions you request or authorize. Information about our former devotees and about individuals who have obtained information from us is safeguarded to the same extent as Information about our current devotees.

Following are some examples of how we may disclose Information:

We must exchange or share Information about you with our owners, trustees, devotees, vendors, attorneys, and other persons who are or will become involved in processing your application and providing you information or any request you may make.

These include services that help us with administrative functions.
